soccerball on fire imageThe long awaited final of soccer's Liga de Ascenso MX 2013 will be broadcast in the US by Mexico TV

This weekend, Mexico TV is pleased to broadcast live the final match of the "Liga de Ascenso" (Promotion League) MX 2013. The winning team will in turn enter the First Division of the Mexican soccer league. Team Neza will face La Piedad in the final, which will be broadcast live Saturday, May 18 at 1pm PT/4pm EST.

Neza is the fans' favorite. Since the team entered the Liga de Ascenso, it has always played in "La Liguilla" (the final knockout tournament of the First Division), and is now poised to be crowned champion. In soccer there's no such thing as a small enemy, and therefore both teams will give their all to win the championship.

Mexico TV brings all the excitement of the Liga de Ascenso, with matches that will surely keep soccer fans on the edge of their seats.

Mexico TV is distributed via satellite by DIRECTV on channel 420 in all the United States, and is available on Time Warner cable in the following markets: Los Angeles, Austin, San Antonio, San Diego, Palm Springs, Corpus Christi, Dallas - Ft. Worth, El Paso, Brownsville, and Laredo.
